Why machines work in mobile home parks
- Laundry-room machines serve the one park space where people already stand around waiting.
- Clubhouse placements give events, meetings and everyday hangouts a drink-and-snack stop.
- A small amenity that helps retention conversations without raising the rent.
- Park offices stop fielding 'can we get a machine' petitions — the answer is already installed.
What gets placed
The standard refurbished pair — one soda/drink machine and one snack machine — stocked to open and card-ready. A candy machine can supplement the pair for family-heavy communities; candy machines do not carry the 10% share.
Setup & service
We walk the common areas with management, confirm power at the chosen spot, install and stock, then keep the machines on our route. Residents call us directly for machine issues.
Did you know?
Mobile home parks are spread-out communities — a machine at the clubhouse covers distance that would otherwise be a car trip for every resident.
